Hi, I am Maria and I am a member of the Catland Fundraising & Events Team. We organise events to raise funds for our shelter. Our Coffee & Cake Mornings, Raffles, Concerts and other events combine fun outings for the local community and fundraising for our cats: a win-win!

I moved to Javea 2 years ago. My previous occupation was cabin crew for British Airways. I am now an Exam Invigilator at the Lady Elizabeth School and a Tour Manager for GRJ.

I have always loved animals and the care they receive is of utmost importance. I met Claire and Syl, through my friend Marissa and have fostered 3 cats through Catland. Winnie was adopted in Javea, Luna now lives in Holland, and Salah in the UK. All are happy and loved in their new families. I have enjoyed caring for them and to helping them in their journey to their forever home.
