Bobby, Blue and their sister Bibi were born in a large cat colony. The volunteers feeding the colony noticed that the mother cat that had just given birth was gone. They searched the colony and found three tiny kittens literally all alone. They were in bad shape: too small, with a cold and all three also had an immature tail. The little ones were placed in a foster family and grew up there with lots of love and care into healthy kittens.
Bobby and Blue love each other to bits. Where one is, is the other. They play, eat and sleep together. They simply cannot live without each other.
Bobby and Blue are both loving and gentle. They are very friendly and social and enjoy their life as house cats. Playing is a big hobby, with their human family, the other cats or just the two of them. They absolutely love the ball circuit, strings and especially the rod-with-feathers! They love cuddles, are happy to be picked up for a kiss and are happy to be around you. They also come to your couch for extended cuddle sessions and are always close to the family.
In the foster family, Bobby and Blue happily live with dogs and other cats. Because they are together, an extra cat or dog is not necessary, but a friendly other cat, cat or dog is no problem at all. Growing up with dogs has clearly influenced them: if you whistle or call their names they will come straight to you! They haven’t met children yet, but we think they get on well with calm teenagers. Especially when there are playtimes on offer, of course!
Like their sister Bibi, Bobby & Blue don’t have full pigtails. It fits them perfectly and does not hinder at all.
The duo has not been outside since their rescue from the colony. They have become real indoor cats. They really enjoy watching birds in the garden in the catio, taking naps, playing together and messing around with twigs and leaves. A garden is not necessary but a spacious cat-safe balcony would make them very happy. In a low-traffic environment, Bobby & Blue can go outside on their own after a few months.
They are FIV and Felv tested, vaccinated, neutered and microchipped. This lovely duo is ready for a loving forever home!
